Once your plants arrive, allow them time to recover and acclimate to their new environment after transit.

• Soak the roots in Vitamin B1 or HB-101 before planting. Vitamin B1 can also be mixed with Superthrive.
• Place the plants in a shaded, well-ventilated area for 3-7 days to help reduce transplant stress.
• Avoid direct sunlight during the first few days while the plants adjust.
• Once the plants have settled, gradually introduce them to brighter light according to the species’ needs.

Pre-Shipment Guarantee

While the plant remains in our care in Bali, Indonesia. We guarantee its condition against damage or deterioration within our control.

International shipping of live plants carries inherent and unavoidable risks, including leaf damage, yellowing, stress, or deterioration. No refunds, replacements, or compensation will be provided for any damage or deterioration occurring during transit.

Condition Disclosure & Approval

Before shipping, we will disclose any relevant conditions, including roots, signs of disease, fragile new leaves or other potential concerns. Updated photos/ videos will be provided for your final approval. Once approved, the plant’s condition is considered accepted by the buyer.

Buyer Acceptance

By approving the shipment, the customer acknowledges and accepts the plant’s stated condition and all inherent risks associated with the international transportation of live plants.
